I write and read original m/m romance, after several years of writing fanfiction. In a former life I studied and taught western religious history and culture, but for now my focus has been on writing and working as a freelance writer in Baltimore. I like power dynamics, historical settings, and nuanced characters and plots. I published my first novel, In Allegiance, as an online serial; it's now available in a significantly revised version. Megan Reddaway has been entertained by fictional characters acting out their stories in her head for as long as she can remember. She began writing them down as soon as she could. Since she grew up (more or less), she’s worked as a secretary, driver, waitress, and flower-seller, among other things, but she always has a story bubbling away at the same time.

Adara is a geek in writer’s clothing—a mild-mannered website designer by day and a wife, mother, reader, and sometimes writer by night. She enjoys Star Wars, Firefly, manga (includes yaoi), anime (very little yaoi), and a whole lot of other hobbies, mostly encompassed by the Society for Creative Anachronism (SCA). She still has her collections of board and card games, stuffed animals, original My Little Ponies, and Star Wars books and action figures, though not really anyplace to put them at the moment. After nearly twenty years as a professional zookeeper, Amanda broke out of her cage to follow her muse. This led her down a sometimes rocky and wild path. So far, she and her muse have remained friends. They live on her family farm in Virginia. She recently received her masters in interdisciplinary environmental art, and has published poetry, fiction, creative non-fiction, and journalism all with environmental themes.
