The vast amount of educational possibilities that are available today did not exist ten years ago. Many training institutions such as universities, bible schools and churches have seen this and changed. They have decided to enhance their training programs and increase their effectiveness. One of the areas of prolific growth is personal development. There is some emphasis on what is called personal coping skills - the ability to cope with the changes in education and environment. This must be developed in each person so they can manage and look after their long-term commitment to their educational experience. This book develops this theme and provides a system of thought designed to help leaders and trainers do their work more effectively.
