Mandy Curties Partridge is a writer living in Brisbane, who has done time in London and Perth. Mandarella Publishing and Productions is Mandy's company, making Books, Author Talks, Town Crier performances and an Online Masterclass in Street Performance. Mandy wrote for Theatre and Circus, shows like 'Mistress Mandarella's New Boots' and 'Death wears a Red Nose'. Nonfiction book, 'Acrobalances: Circus, Sport and Physical Theatre' launched in 2015 at the Mullumbimby National Circus Festival. 'Long Pork: Behind the Bamboo Curtain: A Political Adventure' is set in West Papua. This book made Number 1 on Amazon's list for War and Peace, Political Freedom, and Australian and Oceanian Literature. 'Blocked Out', 'Kandy Krush' and 'Wizz Fizz' are racy crime novels set in Brisbane, during and after the pandemic. The next and final 'Mirella Castle Investigates' book will be 'Acid Pops'. Mandy has spoken as an Author and Town Crier in Libraries, Bookshops, Schools, Government House, Parliament House, City Hall, and Town Crier competitions around Australia and in Nova Scotia, Canada. Her new online course, 'Masterclass in Street Performance' will launch later in 2023. The Masterclass will be accompanied by an Ebook and Print On Demand paperback. Mandy has a BA from the University of Queensland, where she edited 'Semper Floreat', and an MA from Griffith University.
