One of the most evil and sadistic serial killers to have ever walked the face of the Earth has escaped on the way to his execution. Fleeing into the mountains, law enforcement officers Marshal Lucas and his partner Marshal Stephen are assigned the challenging task of apprehending the dangerous criminal. However, they soon realize that they are not the only ones dwelling in the mountains.
