Margaret L. Fisher is a historian and librarian, specializing in Outbreak Era (OE) artifacts. She completed her apprenticeship at the College of Historic Preservation and is currently employed at the Outbreak Institute and Archives as Head Archivist. More seriously, she has a BA and MLIS and lives in Iowa.
