
Mark Linden O’Meara has a Masters Degree in Education (Counselling Psychology) from the University of British Columbia, a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Aspen University, and a Teachers of Adults Certificate from Cambrian College. He is a member of the Canadian Psychological and Therapist Association and is a Certified Canadian Counsellor. Having made a commitment to himself to heal, Mark began to search for a better way of dealing with life. Through the recollection of painful childhood memories and by challenging his self-limiting beliefs, Mark let go and found a new way of looking at himself and the world. He discovered ways to resolve and release emotional pain and experience a greater connection with joy and love. Mark warms his audiences with his personal story, anecdotes, and unexpected wit. He is an insightful writer who inspires his readers through his journey of healing and change. Mark is also the author of Prayers and Meditations for Daily Inspiration, Kitten and Bear and The Big Tree, Let’s Let Go – The Raindrop’s Journey, My Chinese Life, Beijing – Off the Beaten Path, and Toxic Positivity, The Art of Active Appreciation and Owning the Now.
