Marli Spieker is a longtime TWR (Trans World Radio) missionary, as well as the Global Ministry Director and founder of TWR's Project Hannah ministry. Since beginning Project Hannah, Marli has become an authority on the plight of women worldwide and travels extensively to advocate for the needs of women. She and her husband, Edmund, have three children, eight grandchildren, and reside in Cary, North Carolina.
