Mary Mandolin seeks to understand her character’s deepest pain: When did it happen? What did they learn from it? Who did they become as a result? In her debut novel, she explores and write about the manner of love strong enough to overcome an unforgivable act. Mary spent her formative years in the mountains outside of Denver and has come home to a remote plot of land in central California. She writes with permission from her two children, cats, and dogs, and with the support of her husband.
