Dr. Matthew Kelly is an English author. He read Modern History at Oxford University. He has written three books, The Fenian Ideal, Finding Poland and Quartz and Feldspar - Dartmoor; a British landscape in modern times. He is currently a senior lecturer in History at Southampton University.
