Hello, reading friends! I'm a writer, reader and teacher. My first book, The New Global Student, was published by Crown/Three Rivers Press in 2009. It's a how-to handbook for parents and students looking for ways to avoid the hyper-competitive and expensive route to a traditional four-year degree and get a thrilling and fulfilling international education. These days, I'm living in China and serving as the private English tutor for the family of a famous billionaire. It's a sweet gig and I've had a lot of free time, so I wrote a novel! It was so much fun that I'm now writing the second one.
