
Melissa Eisler is a certified executive and leadership coach, writer, editor and teacher of yoga, mindfulness and meditation. She's a certified yoga instructor (E-RYT-200), certified meditation teacher, and passionate about motivating people to live a healthy, balanced, purposeful life through writing and teaching. Melissa published her first mindfulness book, "The Type A's Guide to Mindfulness: Meditation for Busy Minds and Busy People," in hopes that it will inspire people who are juggling stress and a busy calendar to find some form of mindfulness that works for them. Melissa is the founder of www.MindfulMinutes.com, a blog about mindfulness and life balance in the digital age, and has a private coaching practice: www.melissaeisler.com. Originally from the East Coast, Melissa now lives in sunny San Diego, California, but appreciates her Type A nature and strong work ethic that developed before becoming a West Coaster. She spent 10 years in the corporate world and now does professional coaching, teaches yoga and meditation,, and runs the digital content platform for the Chopra Center for Wellbeing. When she's not coaching, writing and teaching, Melissa enjoys reading, traveling the world, playing her guitar, and spending time outdoors.
