Her organization, Networlding, created as a result of her bestselling book by the same name, provides a comprehensive service for thought leaders who want to create breakthrough books, self-published or published traditionally. Her passion lies in helping new adults get better starts in their careers. To this end, she donates 10% or more of her earnings to mentoring and apprenticing as many new adults as she can, yearly, in the book publishing and marketing field.
