I am an Internationally published author – German, French, English, Norwegian – of over 10 books. I write in English, my main genres being historical fiction and fact/fiction. My writing credits also include anthologised short stories, photographically illustrated magazine features plus a co-authored memoir. My first ever published work was ‘A Ballet Lesson’, an illustrated book on ballet technique for children. In 1998 I was President of Romance Writers of Australia. No matter the genre of a novel – romance, suspense, mystery, fantasy, etc. – the core elements of novel construction and quality writing remain constant. Every novel requires a good plot, engaging characters and believable dialogue, to name just 3 elements. There are many other aspects of the writer’s craft that are essential to writing that page-turning novel. I am here because I love writing and love teaching. I am a skilled communicator with considerable tutoring experience. I am happy to guide students in whatever aspect of the writing craft they wish to study. When you request a session, simply state what aspect of writing you wish to study. I can give you a critique of your writing if that is what you want. My home town is Brisbane, Australia. I am currently spending 6 months in Egypt gathering material for a series of Egyptian based novels. My fact/fiction historical novels are on the reading list for english students at Griffith University in Brisbane. Source: http://edufire.com/users/7457-other-t...
