I grew up on the south side of Chicago. My heart still resides there. My body has moved to Bloomington, IL. I grew up a blerd reading comic books and devouring science fiction. I was also a big sports fan. My hero was the late great Walter Payton. Writing is my cure for the madness swirling inside my head. I have a movie playing in my mind 24/7. On good days I write down dialogue to some of the scenes. I'm happiest when I'm creating fictional worlds, whether from the past, present or future. The category that interest me the most is speculative fiction. I write with sincerity, grit and consciousness. I aim to tear your head off. I consider having your skull ripped open a positive thing. Once open, your mind is free to receive new information.
