Undercover as a radical in 1970 was my first assignment for the Seattle PD. I finished my career as a detective in Homicide and Robbery in 1987. I moved my young family to a farm in mid-Minnesota, sold antiques, milked cows and sheep, spent time as a Nurse Assistant, and went to school to become an aerospace machinist. A major life change found me spending a lot of time in Egypt where I gathered the material for my first novel. I started writing as a hobby around age 55, had a few magazine articles published, a few other successful ventures in writing before deciding to spend a few years on a novel. I'm still writing.
