Michael Burns has a BS in Psychology and MS in Management from Texas A&M University. He spent eleven years working for Southwestern Bell and AT&T in sales and marketing. Mr. Burns has founded and operated three telecom companies over the last thirty five years. He has also written two other non-fiction books, Telemarketing, Setting Up For Success and The Boomer's Guide to Recovering Your Lost Retirement.
