I am, above all, a lover of books. I try to read at leas fifty books each year and, for the past couple of them I've been lucky enough to have been chosen by the host of one of Mexico's most prominent radio talk shows as the official book reviewer for her website (It's in Spanish buy you can look it up here: http://fernanda-familiar.com/) About eight years ago I decided to try my hand at writing and thus ended up with my first children's book, "Las niñas topo y la leyenda de Gilgamés" (The mole girls and the legend of Gilgamesh)which had an immediate accepance with editors and audiences. After "Las niñas" I wrote "Estrellas de vainilla" (Vanila Stars) which, fortunately, has had even greater success. Now I'm crossing my fingers because shortly my next book, "Las cavernarias y el templo perdido" (The cave dwellers and the lost temple" will hit the bookstores. My three books are children´s adventure novels and are targeted for kids around 11 years old.
