Monica Lu is a black African-Canadian woman who’s been loving books since the days of reading Dork Diaries. One faithful summer she decided to finally pursue her dreams of publishing her own stories. Her books contain swoony love stories filled with mostly POC MC’s, always pulling inspiration from various childhood favorites. When she’s not fighting her over-planning brain, she’s probably talking someone’s ear off over her latest favorite read.
