N. M. Harvey is a uniquely experienced attorney, general counsel, and legal advisor with deep expertise in estate planning, regulatory compliance, risk management, and people leadership. She has demonstrated experience preparing family wishes, creating consensus between disparate parties, and proactively managing risk for complex estates. Ms. Harvey is a Nevada licensed attorney, admitted to practice in the Nevada state courts, and the Federal District Court of Nevada. She received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from the University of Nevada, Reno and attended Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, where she earned a Juris Doctorate. Ms. Harvey completed law school with Order of the Barrister honors for her courtroom advocacy skills and Pro Bono Distinction for her commitment to service.
