Living in the shadows for years means you know just how dark things can be. She’s married to the man who should have been mine. She’s raising the child who should have been mine. She’s living the life that should have been mine. Her family destroyed and tormented me. They thought they had gotten rid of me like mere trash. But here I am. Lurking in the shadows.
