Chickadee Chick and Ice Cream Kitty meet during a snowstorm. They also encounter Charlie Hawk Jr. Soon they discover that they must set aside their differences and work together to get back home safely. Having a love of children and a long time interest in wildlife she brings together her creativity and passion in colorful storybooks for children. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of each book is donated to children's charities and wildlife preservation. Di Benedetto holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from SUNY at Buffalo and worked for over 30 years in Human Services.
