When eighteen-year-old freshman Bryce meets beautiful Jackie, he's eager to get closer to her. When she mentions that her roommate will be gone for the weekend, Bryce rushes over. But, to his surprise, Jackie is not alone; her friend Josh is visiting from back home and planning to stay the night. Bryce initially feels threatened by the competition until Jackie mentions that Josh is gay. Having never been around an openly gay guy, straight Bryce is secretly curious about Josh, who is charming and charismatic. When Josh suggests the trio play a game of "Never Have I Ever," Bryce senses things are about to get very interesting. Self-conscious but wanting to impress Jackie, he agrees to play. As the game progresses and it becomes clear that Bryce hasn't done as many wild things as Josh and Jackie, Josh teases Bryce about not being adventurous enough. Jackie then encourages Bryce to "give in" to his deepest, most secret curiosities, which just so happen to involve the cute gay guy sitting across from him. With Jackie's encouragement, Bryce decides to do the unthinkable, leading to the hottest night of his life—all with another guy.
