Noriko Mizuta (水田 宗子 Mizuta Noriko, born August 19, 1937) is the chancellor of Jōsai University and Josai International University in Japan. She is a scholar of comparative literature, having trained at Tokyo Women's University and Yale University. She was awarded the Pro Cultura Hungarica prize in 2011 and the Commander’s Cross of the Order of Merit of Hungary (civil division) in 2013. (from Wikipedia)
