Norman E. Tutorow received his Ph.D. in American political and military history from Stanford University and holds degrees in history, philosophy, Spanish, and German. He taught at various colleges and universities and served as Chief of the Archives Branch of the Los Angeles Federal Records Center. A guest lecturer at historical societies and university classes, he is a member of the World Association of International Studies and of several historical societies. Dr. Tutorow was a Visiting Fellow at Hoover Institution on War, Revolution and Peace at Stanford University from 1996-2001 and is now a researcher at the Hoover Institution.
