Pictured here with her black lab, Jack, Olivia Devereux first learned about bats from her father, a park ranger. Olivia develops her leadership and community outreach skills through her participation in Girl Scouts. She plays soccer and lacrosse, as well as the trombone, and she is passionate about animals and magic. Olivia likes to read scary stories, and wants to go to film school to pursue her dream of filmmaking, screen writing, and directing. “If you are passionate about something, keep doing it—no matter what others think.”
