Since we, shaped by the social culture, always run counter to the one we want to be, we have forced ourselves to make many choices and decisions, thus the fundamental conflicts dominating the life. To resolve these conflicts, we invent the ""ideal images"" to deceive ourselves, put the blame on others through ""externalizing"", and develop a series of different defensive tactics based on different dispositions. But these strategies are more like exquisite compensatory and evasion, which do not eliminate conflicts but make us deeply afraid, anxious and hopeless, falling more and more deeply in neurosis. The content is mainly from the summarized experience of patients and personal psychological analysis, and it is pretty helpful for the psychoanalysts dedicated to improve the theory and treatment of psychoanalysis.
