Pablo Ortega was born on September 30th, 1988, in Huelva (Spain). He studied a Bachelor´s degree in Psychopedagogy. He is doing his thesis about school autonomy in elementary schools. On 16th August 2017, he gave a lecture entitled "School autonomy in the United States according to the PISA report: Analyses, empirical evidences and proposals", in the International Teacher Education Conference at Harvard University, Boston.
