Pat D. is a mother, writer, book lover, and traveler. She has written many short stories, with her favorite being urban romance fiction centered around successful people of color. In addition to the Me, Myself, & You Series, she is the co-author of The Work We Carry: Black Women on Motherhood, Mission, and Becoming and the co-creator of the children’s fantasy series Camille and the Swizzleberry Mirror. Her work blends personal story, professional insight, and cultural leadership to inspire healing, resilience, and joy. When she’s not writing or teaching, Patrina enjoys traveling with her family!
