A native of Maryland, Patti O'Leary lives in the San Fernando Valley area of Los Angeles. She is an entertainment professional who began her career in Hollywood working with rock bands before moving on to staff positions at movie studios – Paramount Pictures, Walt Disney Studios and Warner Brothers Studios - in film production, music and marketing/publicity. Patti knows Hollywood - and the celebrity world she writes about. A life-long accomplished equestrian, Patti also once worked as a part-time riding instructor. She is an avid nature-lover and in her leisure time Patti can be found at the barn with her horse Chip, and with her friends hiking through the Santa Monica Mountains or enjoying the Southern California beaches - her favorites being Zuma and Malibu. “My Movie Star – Lights, Camera, Action” is her first novel. It is the first volume of a three book series.
