Paul Harland was a Dutch writer of science fiction, fantasy and other speculative fiction. Four time winner of the highest award for Dutch science fiction literature, then known as King Kong Award. (In 1996 the King Kong Award's name was changed to Millenium Prijs. In 2004 the name changed again to Paul Harland Prijs, in honor of the late writer.)
