I felt the call to write around age ten. The years since have been an apprenticeship which I continue to serve. In recent years the national mood has become a backdrop to the tales I share. Such is the case with THE PROPHET OF CENTRAL PARK. To support my calling I have worked in publishing, construction and the world of art arbitrage or, more humbly, buying and selling prints and paintings. All of these activities inform my fiction.
