Penelope Grey lives and works on Whidbey Island. Born and raised in California, she escaped Los Angeles for the wilds of the Pacific Northwest and has never looked back. When she’s not working or writing, Penelope spoils her nieces and nephew, loves to wander her island, water colors (badly), gardens, cooks and, of course, reads.
