Peter Kupfer is a San Francisco-based writer, editor and photographer. His book, “The Glassmaker’s Son,” published in November 2022, was awarded the Gold Medal for Memoir by the Northern California Publishers & Authors association. His articles about technology, travel, the arts and other subjects have appeared in major newspapers and magazines, including the Los Angeles Times, the Washington Post, the New York Daily News and Metropolis magazine.
