I DISCOVERED this book in a dusty corner of a dusty used bookstore back in the late 1990s. The original is a fragile 48 page booklet on pulp stock (of course). In October of 2000, I scanned this to a text file, and left it at that for a number of years, not knowing what to do with it, but wanting to do something. The rise of the Kindle and (finally!) of e-books led me to finish the project and make this available to anyone interested. Hence the e-book you have here.
