Rambler I lost my brother Mac twelve years ago in an ambush when the President’s lady and daughter disappeared. At the time, we all thought it had been deliberate, then little things began to go wrong and we don’t know what’s going on. Now, twelve years later, a young woman comes looking for answers but we don’t know who she is. All she has to back her claim is a bloody patch that once belonged to Mac. I want to hate her but I can’t. She says her name is Phoenix and she knows details of the ambush twelve years ago but she can’t say how, she claims she doesn’t remember but there’s something she isn’t being straight with us about. When she’s attacked, we know we have a possible traitor in our MC. We need to find answers before something happens. Phoenix Something happened years ago that I can’t remember. I’ve lived over half my life with questions that cannot be answered. I need some help but I can’t get anyone to help me. I remember vaguely, bits and pieces of the past. Then I find an MC patch. I know that patch but the patch is covered in someone’s blood. I need to find out who’s blood it is. I think I’m coming closer to getting the answers I need to putting the puzzle of my past together but there’s someone out there that doesn’t want me to get those answers. They would rather blame me for the ambush that took one of their own. I have to clear my name even if it means giving up my life. Question is, will I stand alone in my quest?

Taken from one of her books: I live in a small town in Wisconsin. From my deck, I can see the Mississippi River on one side and the bluffs, where eagles live and nest on the other side. I live with my husband Dave and dog Buddy. My two children are grown and I have two grandchildren. I love to watch people and that has helped me with my writing. I often use people I watch as characters in my books and I always try to give my characters some of my own values and habits. I love to create characters and put them in a troubling situation then sit back and let them do all the work. My characters surprise even me at times. At some point in the book, they take on a life of their own and the twists and turns they create becomes the story. Of all the stories, I could write I found I like mystery/thrillers the best. I like to keep my readers guessing until the very end of the book.
