Wrecker As our probationary period winds down, we’re hit with a new set of problems. I’m sent on a mission, one that hits close to home, and come back with a woman in tow that has my head spinning. Life has always thrown me curveballs, but this is one pitch that I’m not sure I’ll be able to catch. From the moment she entered the picture, my visions have me off-kilter, none of them make any sense as they come in waves, and not one of the timelines matches up. Some are showing me the past. Most are viewed in the present. A portion is based on the future. This woman has me spiraling. If I don’t figure out the puzzle, all of the pieces of my life may come crumbling down around me. Harper The roaring of motorcycles pulling into the yard should have me quaking in fear, yet for some odd reason, the sound settles me. Finally, my anxiety abates, and I know that I’m going to be freed from the barricade my father has locked me behind. A future with freedom isn’t something I thought would ever happen for me. But as soon as I hear the husky, masculine voice on the other side of the door, every thought and emotion I had toward men flies out the window. My gut tells me that whomever the man is will change my world. But can I trust my gut and heart, or should my head be the only voice I listen to? Wrecker and Harper both have issues with trust. They’ve been shown repeatedly that no one can be trusted. With his brothers at his back, Wrecker is willing to try. After all, they’ve shown him that not all people are born bad seeds. For Harper, it’s Wrecker that teaches her that lesson. But there are some sleazy guys who think Harper belongs to them. Now, they need to lean on each other, believe in themselves, and trust in their relationship. But with their past, can they do that? Or will they allow the boogeyman to overshadow what they’ve built and be their downfall?

Wrecker For Valentine's day, I want to give Harper roots of her own to grow and flourish. She’s never had anything that's just hers, and I want to provide that for her. But nothing seems to be going the way it should. With Dragon being gone, and Butcher in charge, things are a little less than orderly. It’s a clubhouse full of Bastards gone wild, both the men and the women. Meanwhile, I’m elbow deep in construction, renovating my relationship with my blood brother, Gabe, and dealing with the aftermath from a sister who sticks her nose into things to help my old lady defeat her father’s ghost. Harper Wrecker has been disappearing for hours at a time, each and every day, and my suspicions from that vanishing act have tugged at my distraught emotions. Life hasn’t been good to me. I’ve lost more people in my past than one should. I did what I never do. I confronted my man to get to the bottom of it. Discovering that my insecurities have fed into my distrust leads me on a voyage of wiping my father’s skeletons from my closet and dissipating them forever. The problem is, my father's hold over me is stronger than I thought it was and I have a hard time letting the past go. Will Wrecker and Harper’s past keep them from moving forward? Or will their friends and family help them overcome those memories and help them connect on a stronger level? It’s do or die time, Either they strengthen their bond or they let go.

Dragon is on a mission, one with lives at stake and one he’s taken on with the intention to bring down an organization of wannabe bible thumper’s who should’ve been decimated and disassembled years ago. But as always, the government’s turned a blind eye to their devious activity, so it’s up to him to get the job done. Usually, he can keep his emotions in check when he takes on tasks such as this, but this is connected to one of his own, and he will eliminate his brother’s demons and make sure he lives the rest of his days without looking over his shoulder. Laney was sold by her father and then was traded like merchandise by that man. Now she’s under the ruling of a cult, they own her in a way no woman should ever be. She’s been given the role of caretaker for the children, she protects them the best she can, but even her best isn’t always good enough. Now the tides have changed and they’ve given her a new assignment, one that makes her sick to her stomach, but if she fights or refuses, they’ll eliminate her, then who will watch over the welfare of the kids? Both of them are determined to release the horde of unwilling captives whether or not they themselves make it out alive. Will they be successful, or will all of their sacrifices be for nothing?

Dragon fears no man, except for those who are dead set on taking away what’s his. With them going underground, and with no trace of the Fundamentalist of the Communion anywhere in sight, his hands are virtually tied. But that won’t keep him down. He doesn’t believe in the word quit. Never has, and never will. He will pull out all the stops to keep his family, his treasure, safe. Laney, she’s his most valuable possession. His queen. He’ll put his heart and soul into it, and keep her where she belongs—at his side where he can protect her. Laney is still struggling with her past and moving forward. Nightmares still spring up from the darkness when she closes her eyes. But a new opportunity presents itself, and it’s one she can’t resist. She dives in headfirst. She’ll do whatever it takes to be the woman and mother her man and kid can be proud of. She refuses to be another person's pawn. She will conquer her demons, even if that means making herself vulnerable by sharing her history with a stranger. She will be brave. She will be strong—no matter what the stakes may be.
