Planet Hy Man’s energy is running on empty and earth is their only hope. The only problem is, no one wants to go there. Mex is ready to hang up her catsuit and watch the galaxy pass by. But when she is ordered to save Planet Hy Man or kiss her pension goodbye, she has no choice but to don her leathers and head to Scotland. With no idea what the Scot’s are saying let alone what a latte is, Mex combs Glasgow. Confused, disoriented, and with a growing love for vodka she hits a mind-blowing obstacle that knocks her for six… Legless; an ancient man as elusive as the proverbial car keys has the formula. She thought he’d died decades ago, back in the days when phones were anything but mobile and TV screens were anything but flat. Will Mex find him in time and if she does, will he be too Scottish to understand? Rebel Without A Clue is the quirky first book in the Planet Hy Man science fiction comedy series. If you like high-mileage heroines, fast-paced satire, and meticulously crafted universes, then you’ll love Kerrie Noor’s otherworldly farce. Buy Rebel Without A Clue and blast into a battle of the sexes today! “So glad this will be a series!!” Goodreads Reviewer ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ “I would place this book on my shelf next to any Neil Gaiman or Robert Heinlein title, appreciating the balance it brings to the genre. It's well-written and entertaining stuff. Netgalley reviewer ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ “Hilarious, offbeat, and funny sci-fi novel, which was an absolute riot to read! I loved each and every humorous character, with their own silly antics and ticks that really made them stand apart from others.” Chick lit reviewer ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Shortlisted in the e-book Page Turner awards 2020

Back in the days before TV had remote controls and Scotland was known for the Bay City Rollers Kerrie left Australia on a working holiday and fell in love with many things Scottish, along with Belly Dancing. After years of teaching Belly Dancing, Kerrie decided to write some of her experiences down in her first novel Sheryl’s Last Stand. Kerrie creates for fun and for readers who like hope with a quirky, twist. A mature woman who has been around the block too many times to count; Kerrie doesn’t ‘beat around the bush’ when it comes to her characters. ‘I like them earthy, ordinary and believable. I like to throw them in at the deep end and see what comes up, hopefully a surprise for everyone.’ Kerrie uses her artistic humour to helps make the ordinary readable. ‘Why reach for the stars, moon and a six pack when the real mystery is staring at you in the Co-op? I see spice in the ordinary, compassion in the indifferent and farcical in the routine. I want to create believable, earthy fantasies filled with hope, fun and a quirky, twist of spice and I want to make people laugh out loud.’ In her spare time Kerrie likes to paint pictures of round women, dance under the influence of a glass of bubble and tell stories to whoever will listen. Kerrie lives in a small town on the West Coast Scotland and finds the local folk more than inspiring for the stories she continues to work on.
