Detroit is burning. Crazed buck naked freaks with crescent moon scars carved into their cheeks are running wild, biting faces off. The cops are running out of bullets trying to keep things under control. All the while, the Savior and Libby are lost in the desert, stuck in a time loop. The madness just keeps getting crazier.
