Reyna Todd lives and writes above a dive bar in the San Francisco Bay Area. She grew up reading romances and playing Dungeons and Dragons, which is as likely an explanation as any for why she decided to mash up the two genres. She has almost-a-doctorate in anthropology and folklore, and when she’s not writing, she can be found dancing Irish and Scottish Highland, or else throwing bobbins in frustration while sewing corsets and other historical recreation costumes.
