Roberto Denser is a writer, screenwriter, and translator born in Paraíba in 1985. Possessing a restless spirit, he graduated in Law but has worked as a butcher, a street vendor selling magnetic sandals, a substitute teacher, and a bookseller. Since childhood, Denser has been dedicated to the incessant practice of reading and refining his writing. In adulthood, with an extremely poignant and ruthless narrative style, he often types his texts on typewriters, just like his greatest masters. Denser is the author of short stories, books, and screenplays, and he teaches creative writing classes. Currently, he resides in Rio de Janeiro with his two children. "Collapse" is his first novel.
