I wish I knew that being an author was a career choice before completing my biology degree, but it taught me how to think and research and now I get to live out my imagination through my stories. I’m a city girl. Born and raised in Harlem, NY and now have my roots in the Queen City of Charlotte, NC. Books are my outlet, my release to say and do the things that regular ol’ me would never do. I live for the reader’s reaction, good or bad, there’s something to be gained from it all. I aspire to leave a long trail of books as part of my legacy. In reading my books my hope is that the reader has an engaging escape within the pages of my book to be wow’d, have a thrill or a laugh and then come back for more.
