Blake Allwood was born in west TN, then moved to Kansas City MO after attending college in Lamoni, Iowa. He met his husband in 1995 and they officially married in 2015, once gay marriage was legalized. In 2017, he and his husband sold their home, purchased an RV and began traveling the country with their two dogs. Their travels provide the inspiration and settings for many of his novels. Typically, Blake can be found relaxing in the RV or by the fire with his laptop and their Jack Russell Terrier, Buddy, curled up between his legs demanding attention. Denver, their Siberian Husky mix is often asleep at his feet or playing tug of war with Blake’s husband. Aiden Inspired (Apr 2019) is his first published novel, featuring two disparate characters from New York and Washington State who meet and develop an unlikely bond. His second novel, Suzie Empowered (Feb 2020), is a followup featuring Aiden’s sister Suzie as she overcomes her fear of relationships with straight men due to a sexual assault in high school. In March, Blake returned to gay romance with his release of Bobby Transformed about an Iowa farm boy and a big city publisher. His first three novels share characters and can be read in order or randomly.

Scott lives with his husband in a leafy Sacramento, California suburb, in a cute yellow house with a pair of pink flamingoes in the front yard. He has always been in the place between the here and now and the what could be. He started reading science fiction and fantasy at the tender age of nine, encouraged by his mother. But as he read the golden age classics and more modern works too, he started to wonder where all the queer people were. When Scott came out at 23, he decided he wanted to create the kinds of stories he couldn't find at the bookstore. If there weren't gay characters in his favorite genres, he would reimagine them, filling them with a diverse universe of characters. He'd remake them to his own ends, and if he was lucky enough, someone would even want to read them. Scott's brain works a little differently from most folks - he sees connections where others don't. Born an introvert, he learned how to reach outside himself and connect with other queer folks. Scott's fiction defies expectations, transforming traditional science fiction, fantasy, and contemporary worlds into something fresh and surprising. He also created both Queer Sci Fi and QueeRomance Ink with his husband Mark, and is an associate member of the Science Fiction Writer's Association (SFWA). His writing, both romance and genre fiction, brings a queer energy to his work, infusing them with love, beauty and strength and making them fly. He imagines how the world could be, and maybe changes the world that is, just a little. Scott was recognized as one of the top new gay authors in the 2017 Rainbow Awards, and his debut novel "Skythane" received two awards and an honorable mention.

I have written for as long as I could write. In fact, before, when I would dictate to my auntie. I love to read, and I love to create worlds and characters. I live in the English countryside. When I’m not writing, I like to get out there and think through the next scenario I’m going to throw my characters into. Inspiration can be found anywhere, on a train, in a restaurant or in an office. I am always in search of the next character to find love in one of my stories. In a world of apps and online dating, it is important to remember love can be found when you least expect it.

Born and raised in the great state of Missouri, I have always dreamed of getting out of the Midwest. Always yearned for something different, but I have found that something different always becomes the norm. Ever indecisive, I earned three college degrees because I had no idea what I wanted to be when I grew up—and still don't. Eventually, went back for my fourth, and most likely last, degree. I met my hubs in high school, even if we didn't know it then. He drives me crazy every day, but I'd never want another to drive. Officially together in 2000, we had our son in '11 and married in 2015, and we live in the same town I grew up in with our 3 dogs. I've always been an avid reader and lover of all things imaginary. Fantasy is my true love, but while on vacation I picked up an MM/romance when I finished reading my book. I LOVED every moment of that story. Those passionate moments could be as simple as a look from across the room, a not-quite-graze of the leg under the table, and passions that quicken the breath. I thought I could do that!! So, the journey began. But the best thing about getting lost is that you never get lost in the same place twice. So, I hope you enjoy my stories. Look me up on other social platforms so we might get lost in my stories together. xo~Kelvin Feel free to reach out to him at: Kelvin.Young.author@gmail.com Amazon.com/author/kelvin.young https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?...
