Ruben Eliassen is an Norwegian author and illustrator, with experience from advertising and music industry. He's most known for the Phenomena books. His first book Phenomena: Profetines utvalgte won 2 awards, Arks barnebokpris and Kirke- og Kulturdepartementets debutantpris.
