Rubi Jade fell in love with reading in the fourth grade. It didn't take long for her love of reading to transpire into writing her own stories. Fanfiction of course. (She still has the notebooks.) When she discovered romance, she never went back, falling in love with the genre itself off to the point her writing style changed as well. She noticed early on that there was always a lack of Latino characters in the books she read, and she couldn't connect as easily with them, which is why she decided to write them as main characters in hers. Rubi is currently a stay-at-home mom of three and moves around the US due to her husband's job. She currently resides in Montana, USA.
