Author Bio: The official bit, S. Hall-Wood spent 18 years as a landscaper and garden designer, building her business from the ground up, starting at the kitchen table of a council house. Her passion for plants and design was deeply influenced by her mother, a Western herbalist, and her father, a Chinese herbalist, fostering a unique understanding of both horticulture and natural healing. As a mother of five (two grown and flown), she balances her family life with her creative pursuits. While her writing experience has primarily focused on gardening articles and client briefs, she is now enthusiastically expanding into fiction, embracing the craft with dedication and passion.
