Librarian Note: There is more than one author by this name in the Goodreads database. Hey there! I'm Sally and I am a keen eco-warrior! I'm not perfect by any means, but I do everything I possibly can to try and protect our precious planet for future generations. My main pet peeve is plastic. I hate the stuff! So back in 2019 I set up an online shop called Eco-Sal which is a one-stop shop for all things plastic free. My main aim with this was to help others to reduce their plastic waste. This is my full time venture, whilst also taking care of my little boy at home. I used to be a full time chartered accountant, but I decided to give this up when I left work to have our little one as I wanted to focus on my passion. I live in Hampshire with my husband, our little boy who was born in 2020 and our cat Ruby. I have suffered with eco-anxiety since I can remember. When I was a kid, it used to keep me up at night worrying about what the future will hold. But every day I try to remind myself that there is still hope! Since then, I have helped a number of people in my life start to make changes to live greener. One step at a time is all that is needed - I personally find it is addictive! Being more eco-conscious with our lifestyles is not about being perfect but about trying our best to make as little an impact on the world around us as we can.
