This small book is released in conjunction with an exhibit at the Tate Britain running from 27 November 2020 – 31 August 2021. From the Tate "Cooking Sections (Daniel Fernández Pascual & Alon Schwabe) is a duo of spatial practitioners examining the systems that organise the world through food.
