Sarah Dunham is an accidental West Coaster who lives in the Bay Area with her musician partner and 2 cats. She has studied painting, photography, and film production, has lived in New York City and Iowa City, and has been, at various times, a cab driver, apartment cleaner, cocktail waitress, paper deliverer, and snow shoveler. She currently works at Pixar where she edits behind-the-scenes documentaries. The Foragers is her first novel.
