Monica Movalette, the Silent Witch, is the world’s only practitioner of Voiceless Magic, a veritable heroine who single-handedly fended off the Black Dragon of legend. However, the young prodigy is actually...super-duper shy! Yup, turns out she only learned Voiceless Magic to avoid speaking in public. Ignorant of this, Seven Sages have placed her on a top-secret mission to guard the Second Prince. Can Monica keep it together as she contends with both social interaction and the evils targeting the young royal?

Monica, the Silent Witch, has infiltrated Serendia Academy on a top-secret mission to protect the second prince. So far, she's been appointed accountant of the student council and things are going great! ...Or so she thought. With her former mentor arriving at the academy and her over-powered magic under the microscope, Monica is struggling to keep her identity hidden. As if social dances and tea parties weren't terrifying enough. And now, with a new danger closing in on the prince, will Monica reach her breaking point?

Monica is still in shock from the events surrounding the Spiralflame, but her next trial won’t wait. She has been chosen to participate in a chess tournament held between Ridill’s three most prestigious schools—and that includes her alma mater, Minerva’s! She disguises herself to hide from a certain someone, but not everything goes to plan... What’s more, there may be an even greater danger lurking in the competition. Has Monica’s undercover school life finally reached its end?

Despite the danger uncovered at the chess competition, plans for the school festival and Felix's big debut remain unchanged, making Monica's mission to protect him more important than ever. Then, on the morning of the festival, she learns that someone has snuck a cursed item into the school! Between protecting the prince, confiscating the cursed item, and maintaining her secret identity, Monica has her work cut out for her.

The school festival may be over, but there's no time to relax as a series of mysterious happenings takes Serendia Academy by storm. As winter break approaches, food begins to disappear, a lost girl turns up at school, students start seeing ghostly balls of fire, and the second prince gets wrapped up in a suspicious spell. It's unclear how much danger they're in, but Detective Monica and her mystery-loving partner Nero are determined to get to the bottom of whatever's going on-better safe than sorry, as they say!
