I was born in 1978 in Horsham, Sussex, UK. I have a degree in Genetics from Cardiff University. Following graduation I moved to Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire and spent ten years working for the Forensic Science Service. I have always enjoyed writing for my own pleasure and for the amusement of friends and family and have also always had a great love of history. In 2007 I decided to combine the two and began writing my first book 'The Battles are the Best Bits'. Having recently published my first book I am now looking for a new writing challenge and have started work on my novel 'Fall of Empires'.
